FINAL EXAM; WRITING 3

Lauren Godwin
Amanda Rodriguez interview

Amanda is a senior that has attended piper for all four years. To her, life has been quite exciting. Although she has never been on a road trip, or traveled across the world, she could say she had the best four years of her life in high school. Her most memorable moment had to be her homecoming dance. She attended it both sophomore and junior year. She loved the experience and just hanging with her friends. High school brought good, bad, and embarrassing memories, like falling and busting her butt! But in spite of all that, she had the time of her life. Two people who helped her survive this period of teenage drama were Ms. Reed and Ms. Vanessa. She said “They helped me a lot and made me realize the importance of having patience and responsibility.” The one thing she would change about her whole high school experience was losing a really close friend she cared about a lot. Other than that high school was full of hard work and pressure. There were times that she had too much stress, but always pulled her way through. Her senior year was fun and she had to admit to have a little bit of “senioritis!”
“It’s not senioritis” she corrected me. “It’s bradyseniorosous, according to Mr. Rico.” All this hard work prepared her for college which she will be attending Broward College for two years and deciding where to go from there. “The high school days will be missed and I cherished every moment of them,” Amanda ended.
